Through my partnership with Unwind Yarn Studio I offer classes for beginners as well as technique classes for those moving ahead in their journey.

Classes

Ease In To Weaving

This unique approach allows every student to have a fabulous first experience using a Rigid Heddle loom. Looms are prewarped for you and loom rental is included in the class fee. You simply chooose the yarn you like and show up for class. Everything else you need is supplied for class use. This class meets for two weeks for a total of 3 hours.

Warping Class

Once you have tried weaving the next step is to learn to warp the loom. It's easy! This class also includes a 1 week rental of the loom of your choice. Class is 2.5 hours. Please choose your yarn before class.

Technique/Project Classes

Ready to add a new skill? I offer instruction in the use of "pick up" sticks to form textured patterns, Houndstooth, Log Cabin, Clasped Warp and Weft, Brook's Bouquet, and Warp Design. There are always new classes in the works. Classes vary in length and price.

Private Lessons

Need a refresher or just a little help with a project? Private lessons are available.

My goal as an instructor is to help you learn the step by step process, develop good habits, take note of specific ways I can best help you as you learn, and make the experience enjoyable.
